He's a nice guy, but his boyish charm often borders on immaturity. ELLIOTT: NAME: Brie Nash ROLE: Michelle/Head Writer/ Producer INFORMATION: MICHELLE: Loyal and outspoken to a fault, she's got big dreams that she's determined to see realized. But her attachment to the past (especially childhood friend Terrance) makes it sometimes difficult for her to concentrate on her future. BRIE: Brie Nash has been apart of STV since the beginning of her freshman year, when she was cast as Chloe on STV's hit drama General College. She loved her experience so much, she decided to try writing/ producing on for size and thus Highphenated was born! Even with the HUGE amount of responsibility her new position put on her, she wouldn't trade the show, her cast and crew, or the memories of this project for anything in the world. NAME: Brandon Patton ROLE: Dwayne INFORMATION: DWAYNE: Junior. Kind of like the "Big Man on Campus". He's handsome, intelligent, and driven. Unfortunately, drama (specifically of the female variety) keeps him from really being all the he can be. BRANDON: NAME: Mia Moore ROLE: Rashonda INFORMATION: RASHONDA: Dwayne's girlfriend. She's a no-nonsense girl with a good head on her shoulders. She often plays "mom" to the people around her, but may need some guidance of her own especially when it comes to her love life. MIA: NAME: Kelcie Glass ROLE: Desiree INFORMATION: DESIREE: The "Villian", she's arguably the best-looking girl on campus. She's conniving, manipulative, and self-absorbed. She's not used to hearing the word "no" and will do anything to get what she wants. Currently she wants Dwayne. KELCIE: NAME: Taikein Cooper ROLE: Malcom INFORMATION: MALCOM: Typical "Thinks He's God's Gift to Every Woman", type, who has a lot more feelings and deeper thoughts than he lets on. TAIKEIN: NAME: Daleelah Johnson ROLE: Nina INFORMATION: NINA: Rashonda's cousin. A small-town girl who gets a bit over-whelmed by the diversity and huge population of a major Liberal Arts campus. She doesn't quite know all the rules, so she often looses the game. DALEELAH: NAME: Banshion Simmons ROLE: Kevin INFORMATION: KEVIN: Half businessman; half small-time hustler. He's Dwayne's best friend and business partner. He's smart and determined but may have a hard time resisting the urge to get rich "by any means necessary". BANSHION: NAME: Phil Hoover ROLE: Alonzo "ZO" INFORMATION: ZO: ove interest of Nina. He's a mysterious character who is a good guy a heart, but often feels misunderstood which makes him act out in irrational ways. PHIL: NAME: Brycen McCrary ROLE: X INFORMATION: X: A self-proclaimed "black supremacist", he's smart and opinionated, but his ignorant demeanor makes people forget his good qualities and not want to be around him. His big mouth gets him into a world of trouble. BRYCEN: NAME: Haley Koch ROLE: Dana INFORMATION: DANA: Ruthlessly ambitious, she'll do just about anything to get a story for the school paper that she co-edits. But she may need to learn some lessons in humility in order to see the people behind the headlines. HALEY: NAME: Amanda Rodrigues Smith ROLE: Bailey INFORMATION: BAILEY: Michelle's roommate. An extremely friendly and bubbly girl, who has a little trouble making friends because of her "always in your face" attitude and issues with personal identity. AMANDA: NAME: Janki Ghodasara ROLE: Ingrid INFORMATION: INGRID:Nina's roommate. Coming from a much larger city, she helps Nina with the college transition, but she secretly feels a lot more different and out of place than she's willing to admit. JANKI: NAME: Shwanda P. Jones ROLE: Shay INFORMATION: SHAY: One of Michelle's best friends, along with Jolene. They are loud and rambunctious, but wise. Often crazy and ridiculous, always funny, they provide comic relief with a touch of real truth in everything they say. SHAWANDA: NAME: Sheleyce Woods ROLE: Jolene INFORMATION: JOLENE: One of Michelle's best friends, along with Shay. They are loud and rambunctious, but wise.
